Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Mariano Lacasa made the kick off which started today's match. Gustavo Coelho showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mariano Lacasa in the 4th minute of the match. In the 8th minute of the match Chile got a corner. Xurupita FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Mariano Lacasa ran over to the corner to take the kick. In the 16th minute, Emerson Jacaré fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Thiago Pliego, passed just outside the right post. Xurupita FC's Gustavo Coelho played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mariano Lacasa in the 29th minute of play. Alan Tamayo kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emerson Jacaré in the 43rd minute of play forced Chile's goalkeeper Thiago Pliego to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Chile's Mariano Lacasa in the 45th minute got a chance for a shot 45th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Xurupita FC's goalie prevented a goal. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Emerson Jacaré to strike the kick off in the second half. Thiago Pliego showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Emerson Jacaré, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lilian Vântu in the 54th minute of play forced Chile's goalkeeper Thiago Pliego to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mariano Lacasa might have been able to make a better finish in the 58th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Gustavo Coelho. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mariano Lacasa ran back to his position shaking his head. After a rather tough play, Chile's Francisco Carballar got a free kick in the 64th minute. Thiago Pliego took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Célio Maranhense, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mariano Lacasa got free with Gustavo Coelho in the 72nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a defensive mix-up in Xurupita FC's zone, Mariano Lacasa stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gustavo Coelho came out of the goal and Mariano Lacasa tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 79th minute the ball was on its way in behind Xurupita FC's goalkeeper Gustavo Coelho, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 80th minute, Mariano Lacasa reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Gustavo Coelho. The goal made the score 1-1. Gustavo Coelho came out of the goal in the 85th minute to try and stop a shot by Chile's Mariano Lacasa. But to his dismay, Mariano Lacasa quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. After having played for 89 minutes, Célio Maranhense managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Xurupita FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Célio Maranhense was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Mariano Lacasa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 92nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jose Manzanedo during the 95th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Xurupita FC booed when Chile was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jose Manzanedo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Chile's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
