Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) 2 minutes into the match, Club Atletico Chusca's Lauro Moreira sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Julio Vera narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 4 minutes into the match, Ecuador's Daniel Zorita sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Serafin Eate narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Ecuador's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Daniel Zorita in the 5th minute. A nice corner shot did that Daniel Zorita got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Serafin Eate quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. When the match had gone on for 7 minutes, Lauro Moreira took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Julio Vera to make any attempt to save it. A sloppy throw-in by Primitivo Andino in the 12th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Club Atletico Chusca's Neno Lehchanski. In the 17th minute, Lauro Moreira made a precise shot to the right of Julio Vera. Ecuador's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. Club Atletico Chusca's Serafin Eate played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Felix Montenegro in the 21st minute of play. In the 26th minute, Club Atletico Chusca's Lauro Moreira ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Julio Vera. Julio Vera yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-0. Lauro Moreira recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 29th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Serafin Eate took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniel Zorita, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lauro Moreira's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Julio Vera read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 35th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 40th minute, Herman Arvidsson managed to get in a good position for a shot. Club Atletico Chusca's supporters rose to their feet, but Herman Arvidsson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Julio Vera breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

The wind increased when Lauro Moreira made the kick off in the second half. Daniel Zorita received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 51st minute. Serafin Eate tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ecuador's Cristian Sancho got a good chance for a goal in the 53rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristian Sancho in the 57th minute of play forced Club Atletico Chusca's goalkeeper Serafin Eate to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 60th minute, Lauro Moreira got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Club Atletico Chusca made a substitution. Leonardo Gumaro replaced Baldomero Montae. 65 minutes into the match, Lauro Moreira notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of Ecuador's Julio Vera. Julio Vera was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Club Atletico Chusca's Alberto Confesor was substituted for Herman Arvidsson. In the 72nd minute, Lauro Moreira ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Julio Vera was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-0. In the 76th minute of the match, Felix Montenegro got a very nice opportunity to score, but Serafin Eate was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Luis Andino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Lauro Moreira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lauro Moreira in the 81st minute of play. A collision led to Club Atletico Chusca getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Alberto Confesor hit a great ball. If Aristides Santo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
