Honduras's supporters rose to their feet, but Edmundo Espiga was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. João Paulo Dos Santos breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Cracovianos Juniors's Eugeniusz Dropinski got a good chance for a goal in the 47th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Edmundo Espiga to make the kick off. Cracovianos Juniors's João Paulo Dos Santos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edmundo Espiga in the 78th minute of play. Cracovianos Juniors's João Paulo Dos Santos proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 83rd minute of the match, managed to save Cracovianos Juniors from getting a goal against them. The audience was convinced that Witalis Kajder's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Lautaro Navarro was relentless in the 85th minute of the game. Roland Wielkopolski got a throw-in 87 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Witalis Kajder. Witalis Kajder kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. The Honduras fans' excitement grew in the 89th match minute when Honduras's Alexander Costa looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. If Alexander Costa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Honduras's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
