Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Cirilo Elequemedo made the kick off which started today's match. After 2 minutes, Alan Moruga mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Costa Rica and the Dragones FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Benedicto Liher sent away a hard shot on goal in the 4th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Benito Sanz made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cleto Totakoxe in the 6th minute. Benito Sanz made a fantastic save in the 8th minute, when Cleto Totakoxe sent off a good shot on target. After a defensive mix-up in Costa Rica's zone, Cirilo Elequemedo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Benito Sanz came out of the goal and Cirilo Elequemedo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Costa Rica's Benito Sanz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 11th minute of the match, managed to save Costa Rica from getting a goal against them. 13 minutes had been played when some careless play by Costa Rica's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Geancarlos Vizcarra was slow to take the kick. During this time Dragones FC's players had a chance to rest. The corner led Dragones FC's Geancarlos Vizcarra to fire away a dangerous shot which Benito Sanz despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. 14 minutes into the match, Costa Rica's goalkeeper Benito Sanz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cleto Totakoxe. Benito Sanz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cirilo Elequemedo in the 17th minute of the match. In the 19th minute, Evelio Harri ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Benito Sanz was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. In the 22nd minute, Cleto Totakoxe reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Benito Sanz. The goal made the score 2-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 24th minute, Edgardo Esiquio managed to get in a good position for a shot. Dragones FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Edgardo Esiquio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Benito Sanz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Cleto Totakoxe recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 28th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Benito Sanz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aldo Beremundo in the 36th minute of the match. After some careless play in the Costa Rica defense, Cirilo Elequemedo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Benito Sanz. The Costa Rica fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Benito Sanz should have stopped the shot. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cleto Totakoxe got free with Benito Sanz in the 43rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Evelio Harri had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Axel Tasis to make the kick off. If Cirilo Elequemedo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cirilo Elequemedo couldn't finish the play. 59 minutes into the match, Cleto Totakoxe had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Benito Sanz. Costa Rica's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Cleto Totakoxe was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-0. After a rather tough play, Costa Rica's Juan Rubio got a free kick in the 61st minute. Dragones FC's Cleto Totakoxe got a good chance for a goal in the 63rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 65thth minute of the game Cirilo Elequemedo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Costa Rica's Benito Sanz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 66 minutes of play, Dragones FC's Cirilo Elequemedo made it 6-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Benito Sanz was left in no man's land by his defense there! After some fancy dribbling in the 69th minute, Cirilo Elequemedo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cirilo Elequemedo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Benito Sanz having to make a save. Benito Sanz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cirilo Elequemedo, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. Benito Sanz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cirilo Elequemedo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Aaron Alcocer kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. Santo Paublo struck a weak shot in the 87th minute. Benito Sanz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Dragones FC. Alan Moruga got his second yellow card in the match during the 88th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. Alan Moruga hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. In the 90th minute, Cleto Totakoxe got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Benito Sanz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Evelio Harri in the 91st minute of the match. Costa Rica's Benito Sanz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Evelio Harri in the 94th minute of play. In the 94th minute, Evelio Harri made a precise shot to the right of Benito Sanz. Costa Rica's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 7-0.
