After some fancy dribbling in the 13th minute, Eustaquio Bartuelo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Formentera's supporters rose to their feet, but Eustaquio Bartuelo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ricardo Zorita breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Luis Rubio got a throw-in 18 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Abram Luque. In the 26th minute, Domingo Urki made a precise shot to the right of Ricardo Zorita. El Salvador's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. 33 minutes into the game, 杨平帆 threw the ball into play from the sideline. El Salvador's Luis Rubio quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. After some fancy dribbling in the 35th minute, Moises Fernandino managed to get in a good position for a shot. El Salvador's supporters rose to their feet, but Moises Fernandino was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Seyhan Atlıhan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Domingo Urki had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Justino Hondo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ricardo Zorita having to interfere. Ricardo Zorita came out of the goal in the 44th minute to try and stop a shot by Formentera's Eustaquio Bartuelo. But to his dismay, Eustaquio Bartuelo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Domingo Urki stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 54 minutes, Domingo Urki made it 4-0 with a short kick to the right side. El Salvador's Ricardo Zorita tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After a rather tough play, El Salvador's Abram Luque got a free kick in the 57th minute. 58 minutes into the game, Formentera's Domingo Urki nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ricardo Zorita made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-0. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 63rd minute of the game. One of El Salvador:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Formentera:s goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Domingo Urki in the 67th minute of play forced El Salvador's goalkeeper Ricardo Zorita to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Domingo Urki blasted a shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ricardo Zorita having to make a save. In the 68th match minute, El Salvador was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Valentino Ferrant to maneuver through the defense. Ricardo Zorita stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Domingo Urki's shot from short distance in the 82nd minute. El Salvador's Ricardo Zorita played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Domingo Urki in the 84th minute of play. Ricardo Zorita showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Domingo Urki, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. 88 minutes into the game, Domingo Urki cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 7-0. Ricardo Zorita was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 92 minutes, Justino Hondo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Formentera and the El Salvador players grew even worse after the yellow card. When Domingo Urki came up free with the goalie in the 95th minute, the Formentera fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Domingo Urki couldn't finish the play. A collision led to El Salvador getting a freekick after 97 minutes play. Marco Tamayo hit a great ball. Formentera walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
