An unexpectedly hard shot by Joel Gaona in the 13th minute of play forced SNIPER's goalkeeper Marcinho Donatello to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Marcinho Donatello showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luca Zorita in the 29th minute of the match. Kornél Huszti kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. After 32 played minutes, Mexico's Joel Gaona shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Marcinho Donatello came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Mexico reached it. Murillo Hermes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Doru Băieșu stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Leonardo Leoz kicked well hit freekick during the 50th minute of the match. 62 minutes into the match, SNIPER's goalkeeper Marcinho Donatello had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Alberto Tafalla. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alberto Tafalla got free with Marcinho Donatello in the 64th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a rather tough play, Mexico's Alberto Tafalla got a free kick in the 66th minute. SNIPER's Valdemar Fernandez was substituted for Celsinho Vargas. After 83 minutes of play, Mexico's Alberto Tafalla made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Marcinho Donatello was left in no man's land by his defense there! Leoš Dočkal took the ball and in the 86 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dante Lacasa. Dante Lacasa dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. After 92 played minutes SNIPER got a freekick which was hit by Leoš Dočkal. Despite being the better team, Mexico failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
