The audience was convinced that Joel Gaona's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Hudson de Carvalho was relentless in the 19th minute of the game. 21 minutes into the match, MZetowe Mastodonty's goal looked a bit too open when Alberto Tafalla came free, but Hudson de Carvalho reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hudson de Carvalho came out of the goal in the 23rd minute to try and stop a shot by Mexico's Luca Zorita. But to his dismay, Luca Zorita quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Hudson de Carvalho showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lautaro Mancebo, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. Dante Lacasa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sebastian Ekelund, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. After 34 played minutes MZetowe Mastodonty got a freekick which was hit by Larry Tatum. 38 minutes into the match, Sebastian Ekelund had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Dante Lacasa. Mexico's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Sebastian Ekelund was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Facundo Cadaval took the ball and in the 41 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Hudson de Carvalho. Hudson de Carvalho dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. Sebastian Ekelund received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Dante Lacasa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The MZetowe Mastodonty players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Mexico were winning 1-2.

The supporters of Mexico booed when MZetowe Mastodonty was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Roch Haszczak didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 61st minute, Leonardo Leoz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With an all-out effort, Mexico's Hudson de Carvalho threw himself towards the right post 67 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Joel Gaona, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. An unexpectedly hard shot by Roch Haszczak in the 69th minute of play forced Mexico's goalkeeper Dante Lacasa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. MZetowe Mastodonty were awarded a corner in the 70th minute after Mexico's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Zebastian Carlsson took the corner. Through an outstanding action, after 78 minutes, Hudson de Carvalho successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Larry Tatum kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joel Gaona in the 79th minute of play forced MZetowe Mastodonty's goalkeeper Hudson de Carvalho to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 80th match minute, MZetowe Mastodonty was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Larry Tatum to maneuver through the defense. Joel Gaona fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hudson de Carvalho having to interfere. MZetowe Mastodonty's Hudson de Carvalho played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luca Zorita in the 86th minute of play. Hudson de Carvalho showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alberto Tafalla, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. Sebastian Ekelund sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mexico's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
