Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Lance Eyre made the kick off and thus started the match. Janes Van Huruck made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Zorita in the 4th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Lance Eyre in the 7th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Julio Vera saved Ecuador from getting behind. Zak Crocker recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 9th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 12th minute, Damien Letheren managed to get in a good position for a shot. Hythe Rangers United's supporters rose to their feet, but Damien Letheren was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Julio Vera breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Lance Eyre received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Julio Vera tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 18th minute Lance Eyre shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Janes Van Huruck didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Daniel Zorita went, in the 28th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. After some careless play in the Ecuador defense, Zak Crocker kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Julio Vera. The Ecuador fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Julio Vera should have stopped the shot. After having played for 38 minutes, Cristian Sancho managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ecuador's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cristian Sancho was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Daniel Zorita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 46th minute, Felix Montenegro left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ecuador fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Daniel Zorita stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Hythe Rangers United's Janes Van Huruck proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 51st minute of the match, managed to save Hythe Rangers United from getting a goal against them. Daniel Zorita's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Janes Van Huruck firmly grabbed it by the left post. Cristian Sancho blasted a shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Janes Van Huruck having to make a save. Cristian Sancho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Janes Van Huruck having to interfere. Julio Vera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ronny Sutherland, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. Felix Montenegro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Janes Van Huruck having to interfere. 73 minutes into the match, Hythe Rangers United's goalkeeper Janes Van Huruck had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cristian Sancho. Janes Van Huruck made a fantastic save in the 76th minute, when Daniel Zorita sent off a good shot on target. A collision led to Hythe Rangers United getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Lance Eyre hit a great ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ronny Sutherland in the 78th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Julio Vera saved Ecuador from getting behind. When Hythe Rangers United's Ronny Sutherland in the 79th minute got a chance for a shot 79th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Ecuador's goalie prevented a goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cristian Sancho got free with Janes Van Huruck in the 80th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 82 minutes into the match, Hythe Rangers United's goalkeeper Janes Van Huruck had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Daniel Zorita. Hythe Rangers United's defense didn't have a chance, in the 86th minute, when Cristian Sancho scored to the left of an out of position Janes Van Huruck, making the score, 1-3. Agustín Saelices kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 94 minutes, Ronny Sutherland put it in 2-3 from a short distance just to the right of Julio Vera. When the final whistle sounded Ecuador left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Hythe Rangers United.
