Jânio Paraíba took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tomas Illescas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Okan Sungurtekin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mairo Tomat hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. After 36 minutes, Joel Napier mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC VERDE-AMARELO PORCO and the Venezuela players grew even worse after the yellow card. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Chico Secco was the one to do the kick off. Patricio Costa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jânio Paraíba having to interfere. FC VERDE-AMARELO PORCO's Vito Batista was substituted for Amadeu Vergílio. If Chico Secco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Chico Secco charged in rather forcefully in the 69th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Chico Secco the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to FC VERDE-AMARELO PORCO getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Chico Secco hit a great ball. If Tomas Illescas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 76 minutes into the game, Andrézinho Arce was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC VERDE-AMARELO PORCO's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Venezuela the free kick. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in FC VERDE-AMARELO PORCO reached it. Jonathan Ferrant didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC VERDE-AMARELO PORCO. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Reinaldo Custódio in the 93rd minute of play.
