Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Edmundo Espiga made the kick off and thus started the match. When Leon Swanson came up free with the goalie in the 6th minute, the Witney City fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Leon Swanson couldn't finish the play. Sebastian Villa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 14 played minutes Witney City got a freekick which was hit by Tod Berry. In the 16th minute, Edmundo Espiga ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Tommy Bond was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Honduras's Lautaro Navarro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Isaac Booth in the 20th minute of play. 20 minutes into the match, Isaac Booth notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Honduras's Lautaro Navarro. Lautaro Navarro was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Leon Swanson received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Lautaro Navarro came out and tried to block the shot, but Leon Swanson slotted it home off the left post making it 2-1 in the 28th minute. Tommy Bond showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edmundo Espiga in the 31st minute of the match. In the 32nd minute, Sebastian Villa left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Honduras fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-2. Tommy Bond took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sebastian Villa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-2. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Tim Hurren to strike the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tim Hurren in the 51st minute of play forced Honduras's goalkeeper Lautaro Navarro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Honduras's Lautaro Navarro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tim Hurren in the 58th minute of play. Witney City's Rex Lynam got a good chance for a goal in the 60th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Leon Swanson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Witney City booed when Honduras was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sebastian Villa didn't get a good kick on the ball. Honduras's Lautaro Navarro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tim Hurren in the 69th minute of play. After 70 played minutes Edmundo Espiga could catch the ball where he stood relatively free a bit outside the goal and without hesitation he completed 3-3 into the left cross. Lautaro Navarro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tim Hurren, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tod Berry recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 76th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Lautaro Navarro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tim Hurren in the 78th minute of the match. Edmundo Espiga kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. Trey Rowe got a throw-in 83 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Tim Hurren. In the 89th match minute, Honduras was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Valentín Carvallo to maneuver through the defense. In the 94thth minute of the game Tim Hurren who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Honduras's Lautaro Navarro was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Edmundo Espiga came up free with the goalie in the 95th minute, the Honduras fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Edmundo Espiga couldn't finish the play. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
