Jonathan Ferrant stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jonatan Palban's shot from short distance in the 15th minute. After 17 minutes of play, NUMBA's Daniel Aztore made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jonathan Ferrant was left in no man's land by his defense there! 26 minutes into the game, Tomas Illescas cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. Justo Ruy was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jose Correa during the 28th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Venezuela getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Jose Correa hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jonatan Palban in the 32nd minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 33rd minute of the match NUMBA got a corner. Venezuela's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Daniel Aztore ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led NUMBA's Edmund Wierzcholek to fire away a dangerous shot which Jonathan Ferrant despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jonatan Palban in the 37th minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jonatan Palban could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 39th minute of the match, but Jonathan Ferrant made a huge save. Justo Ruy took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tomas Illescas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 43rd minute, Jonatan Palban left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The NUMBA fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-1. Justo Ruy made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomas Illescas in the 46th minute of play.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jonatan Palban to strike the kick off in the second half. NUMBA walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
