The audience thought a goal was coming when Yuri Loureiro got free with Paul Ahlbom in the 7th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The corner led MALZBIER's Huang Yi Qian to fire away a dangerous shot which Paul Ahlbom despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Dudu Alvarenga kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. Félix Mielle made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Igor Sanchez in the 12th minute of play. Paul Ahlbom made an important save on a dangerous shot by Yuri Loureiro in the 14th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Toby Dransfield during the 15th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 16 played minutes Lisburn Distillery F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Toby Dransfield. Lisburn Distillery F.C.'s Paul Ahlbom played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Huang Yi Qian in the 17th minute of play. MALZBIER were furious when Ali Erdem Özalpsan was red carded, 21 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. The supporters of Lisburn Distillery F.C. booed when MALZBIER was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ali Erdem Özalpsan didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 23rd minute Charlie Routledge shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Félix Mielle saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Igor Sanchez's late challenge caught a MALZBIER's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Igor Sanchez helped the player get up and apologised. After 24 played minutes Lisburn Distillery F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Igor Sanchez. Gonçalo Montenegro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 29th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Félix Mielle showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cezary Gdowik, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Quentin Lennon in the 31st minute of play forced MALZBIER's goalkeeper Félix Mielle to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 32 minutes into the game, Gonçalo Montenegro was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. MALZBIER's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Lisburn Distillery F.C. the free kick. After a rather tough play, MALZBIER's Gonçalo Montenegro got a free kick in the 32nd minute. 조 견's late challenge caught a MALZBIER's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

MALZBIER's Tony Hoffmann was substituted for Edinho Arantes. MALZBIER's Ulysses Ceresso was substituted for Gonçalo Montenegro. Ulysses Ceresso blasted a shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Paul Ahlbom having to make a save. After some fancy dribbling in the 54th minute, Ulysses Ceresso managed to get in a good position for a shot. MALZBIER's supporters rose to their feet, but Ulysses Ceresso was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Paul Ahlbom breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Paul Ahlbom made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Huang Yi Qian in the 57th minute of play. Lisburn Distillery F.C.'s Paul Ahlbom played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Yuri Loureiro in the 58th minute of play. In the 58th minute, Yuri Loureiro made a precise shot to the right of Paul Ahlbom. Lisburn Distillery F.C.'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. Huang Yi Qian sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Huang Yi Qian fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Paul Ahlbom having to interfere. Lisburn Distillery F.C.'s Paul Ahlbom played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Yuri Loureiro in the 67th minute of play. Huang Yi Qian sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Huang Yi Qian came up free with the goalie in the 89th minute, the MALZBIER fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Huang Yi Qian couldn't finish the play. After 93 minutes of play, MALZBIER's Huang Yi Qian made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Paul Ahlbom was left in no man's land by his defense there! Lisburn Distillery F.C.'s players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
