The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The audience thought a goal was coming when Teodoro Rozarius got free with Raul Rähn in the 2nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 3 minutes into the match, Reaalne Madrid CF's goalkeeper Raul Rähn had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gustavo Salamon. In the 6th minute, Lukasz Bendyk made a precise shot to the right of Gavino Orlan. ★ᴇꜱᴛᴜᴅɪᴀɴᴛᴇꜱ ᴅᴇ ʟᴀ ᴘʟᴀᴛᴀ★'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. 15 minutes into the game, Lukasz Bendyk cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Gavino Orlan was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When Cristo Mitxaut came up free with the goalie in the 21st minute, the ★ᴇꜱᴛᴜᴅɪᴀɴᴛᴇꜱ ᴅᴇ ʟᴀ ᴘʟᴀᴛᴀ★ fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cristo Mitxaut couldn't finish the play. ★ᴇꜱᴛᴜᴅɪᴀɴᴛᴇꜱ ᴅᴇ ʟᴀ ᴘʟᴀᴛᴀ★'s Hermengildo Bertol came free and shot a quick shot against goal 22 minutes in the game, fortunately Raul Rähn had problems saving as it came toward the left post. Gavino Orlan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lukasz Bendyk in the 24th minute of play. Filiberto Restu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 29th match minute, Reaalne Madrid CF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aigar Pentus to maneuver through the defense. Raul Rähn took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gustavo Salamon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 35 minutes into the match, Lukasz Bendyk notched a goal, 1-3, to the right of ★ᴇꜱᴛᴜᴅɪᴀɴᴛᴇꜱ ᴅᴇ ʟᴀ ᴘʟᴀᴛᴀ★'s Gavino Orlan. Gavino Orlan was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Gavino Orlan didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Lukasz Bendyk went, in the 38th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-4 was the resulting score. Lukasz Bendyk fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gavino Orlan having to interfere. In the 45th minute, Hermengildo Bertol ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Raul Rähn was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-4. After the first half Reaalne Madrid CF were leading 2-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Gustavo Salamon stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. If Hermengildo Bertol had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gustavo Salamon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to ★ᴇꜱᴛᴜᴅɪᴀɴᴛᴇꜱ ᴅᴇ ʟᴀ ᴘʟᴀᴛᴀ★ getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Diego Mederi hit a great ball. Gavino Orlan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aigar Pentus in the 60th minute of the match. Hermengildo Bertol sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 66 minutes into the match, ★ᴇꜱᴛᴜᴅɪᴀɴᴛᴇꜱ ᴅᴇ ʟᴀ ᴘʟᴀᴛᴀ★'s Gustavo Salamon sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Raul Rähn narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Gustavo Salamon took the ball and in the 69 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Raul Rähn. Raul Rähn dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-4. Aigar Pentus charged in rather forcefully in the 73rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Aigar Pentus the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 73rd minute, Aigar Pentus hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gavino Orlan made a fantastic save in the 85th minute, when Lukasz Bendyk sent off a good shot on target. The supporters of Reaalne Madrid CF booed when ★ᴇꜱᴛᴜᴅɪᴀɴᴛᴇꜱ ᴅᴇ ʟᴀ ᴘʟᴀᴛᴀ★ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lisandro Tomi didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 94 minutes, Diego Mederi mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the ★ᴇꜱᴛᴜᴅɪᴀɴᴛᴇꜱ ᴅᴇ ʟᴀ ᴘʟᴀᴛᴀ★ and the Reaalne Madrid CF players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Reaalne Madrid CF booed when ★ᴇꜱᴛᴜᴅɪᴀɴᴛᴇꜱ ᴅᴇ ʟᴀ ᴘʟᴀᴛᴀ★ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Diego Mederi didn't get a good kick on the ball. The long shot by Lukasz Bendyk in the 95th minute really tested Gavino Orlan's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Reaalne Madrid CF's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
