An unexpectedly hard shot by Sidney Joannes in the 6th minute of play forced Club A. Independiente's goalkeeper Epifanio Havier to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 9th minute, Esteban Mark ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Epifanio Havier was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. After 12 played minutes Municipales FC got a freekick which was hit by Borja Iglesias. In the 16th minute, Sidney Joannes left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Municipales FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. Epifanio Havier made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Esteban Mark in the 27th minute of play. 36 minutes into the match, Borja Iglesias notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of Club A. Independiente's Epifanio Havier. Epifanio Havier was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Through an outstanding action, after 39 minutes, Epifanio Havier successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 41st minute Borja Iglesias shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Epifanio Havier saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Esteban Mark's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 43rdth minute, Epifanio Havier skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 44th minute, Sidney Joannes made a precise shot to the right of Epifanio Havier. Club A. Independiente's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-0. Epifanio Havier made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sidney Joannes in the 47th minute of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 5-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Sidney Joannes to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Borja Iglesias ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Epifanio Havier was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-0. After 55 played minutes Club A. Independiente got a freekick which was hit by Venancio Mirande. Raimundo Intxixu took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 56th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Epifanio Havier. Club A. Independiente's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Epifanio Havier showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Borja Iglesias in the 59th minute of the match. Epifanio Havier made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Esteban Mark in the 63rd minute of play. Epifanio Havier didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Esteban Mark went, in the 64th minute, to the upper right corner, 7-0 was the resulting score. Epifanio Havier was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Club A. Independiente's Epifanio Havier played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sidney Joannes in the 79th minute of play. Andres D'Alessandro kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. Andres Ishmael's late challenge caught a Municipales FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Andres Ishmael helped the player get up and apologised. In the 88th minute, Andres Ishmael hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 89th match minute, Club A. Independiente was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adrian Pacifico to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 90 minutes, Raimundo Intxixu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Municipales FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Raimundo Intxixu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 92nd minute, Borja Iglesias ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Epifanio Havier was frozen by the shot and now it was 11-0. After 97 minutes, Andres D'Alessandro mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Municipales FC and the Club A. Independiente players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 97 played minutes Municipales FC got a freekick which was hit by Andres D'Alessandro. Andres Ishmael's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Pipis Culot read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 98th minute of play. Municipales FC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
