In the 17th minute, Blažej Blazejowski reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Lemi Uğurlubey. The goal made the score 1-0. Melquiades Ignado kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Erhan Ascı in the 22nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ritchie Stansfield prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 26th minute Gothic Souls were awarded a corner. Filomeno Olivos went to the cornerflag to take it. The supporters of Gothic Souls booed when Real Ayuntamiento CF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Feliberto Distiratsu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Erhan Ascı sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tamer Özgu in the 42nd minute of play forced Real Ayuntamiento CF's goalkeeper Ritchie Stansfield to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Gothic Souls's Cihan Refet got a free kick in the 45th minute. Real Ayuntamiento CF's Blažej Blazejowski got a good chance for a goal in the 46th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Aytek İmar scored 1-2 in the 47th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ritchie Stansfield, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Erhan Ascı to strike the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tamer Özgu in the 56th minute of play forced Real Ayuntamiento CF's goalkeeper Ritchie Stansfield to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lemi Uğurlubey showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pedro Cucao in the 60th minute of the match. In the 90th match minute, Gothic Souls was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Filomeno Olivos to maneuver through the defense. Pedro Cucao received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Lemi Uğurlubey tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Erhan Ascı's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ritchie Stansfield read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 96th minute of play. The Real Ayuntamiento CF supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Gothic Souls's performance. The match ended with a win for Gothic Souls.
