Golden Lions FC were awarded a corner in the 22th minute after Cougars FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Marcelo Steven took the corner. In the 30th minute Loco Durazno shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arnoud de Pelsmakere saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 32nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Cougars FC's goalkeeper Arnoud de Pelsmakere, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Arnoud de Pelsmakere took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Loco Durazno, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Loco Durazno took the ball and in the 35 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Arnoud de Pelsmakere. Joschi Hook kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. Fiori Guimarães sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Loco Durazno to make the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gerardo Nesto in the 89th minute of play forced Golden Lions FC's goalkeeper Anders Lundqvist to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gerardo Nesto in the 95th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Anders Lundqvist prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When the match had gone on for 95 minutes, Gerardo Nesto put it in 2-2 from a short distance just to the right of Anders Lundqvist. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gerardo Nesto in the 98th minute of play forced Golden Lions FC's goalkeeper Anders Lundqvist to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Burç Tokhan in the 100th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Arnoud de Pelsmakere saved Cougars FC from getting behind. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
