The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. An unexpectedly hard shot by Elias Damasceno in the 4th minute of play forced GÉMINIS DARIÉN F.C.'s goalkeeper Manuel Torrijos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to 卡納里尼奧 FC getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Sidnei Dionísio hit a great ball. Manuel Torrijos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Elias Damasceno in the 9th minute of play. With a little luck, 卡納里尼奧 FC's João Vítor Guimarães got control of the ball when Moisés Arias tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 11th minute of the match GÉMINIS DARIÉN F.C. got a corner. 卡納里尼奧 FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Alex Lozano ran over to the corner to take the kick. Alex Lozano made a great header on GÉMINIS DARIÉN F.C.'s corner, it was just that 卡納里尼奧 FC's João Vítor Guimarães managed to reach the ball for a save. 13 minutes into the match, 卡納里尼奧 FC's goalkeeper João Vítor Guimarães had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Alex Lozano. After some careless play in the GÉMINIS DARIÉN F.C. defense, Elias Damasceno kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Manuel Torrijos. The GÉMINIS DARIÉN F.C. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Manuel Torrijos should have stopped the shot. Alex Fernández kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. After recieving a nice pass, 卡納里尼奧 FC's Sidnei Dionísio tried to score from far away in the 22nd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Manuel Torrijos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sidnei Dionísio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of 卡納里尼奧 FC booed when GÉMINIS DARIÉN F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Franklin Mora didn't get a good kick on the ball. Cléberson Santana took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 28th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Manuel Torrijos. GÉMINIS DARIÉN F.C.'s goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Manuel Torrijos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Elias Damasceno, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. Manuel Torrijos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Elias Damasceno in the 29th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alex Lozano in the 30th minute of play forced 卡納里尼奧 FC's goalkeeper João Vítor Guimarães to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Moisés Arias got free with João Vítor Guimarães in the 33rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Manuel Torrijos was left in no man's land by his defense there! Eliseu Alagoano took the ball and in the 44 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Manuel Torrijos. Manuel Torrijos dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. 48 minutes into the match, Elias Damasceno notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of GÉMINIS DARIÉN F.C.'s Manuel Torrijos. Manuel Torrijos was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-4.

56 minutes into the match, GÉMINIS DARIÉN F.C.'s goalkeeper Manuel Torrijos had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Eliseu Alagoano. GÉMINIS DARIÉN F.C.'s defense didn't have a chance, in the 57th minute, when Elias Damasceno scored to the left of an out of position Manuel Torrijos, making the score, 0-5. Through an outstanding action, after 61 minutes, Manuel Torrijos successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. 64 minutes into the match, GÉMINIS DARIÉN F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Sidnei Dionísio came free, but Manuel Torrijos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cléberson Santana could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 65th minute of the match, but Manuel Torrijos made a huge save. Alex Lozano recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 66th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Eliseu Alagoano succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-6 in the 68th playminute. Manuel Torrijos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Elias Damasceno in the 72nd minute of the match. 73 minutes into the match, GÉMINIS DARIÉN F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Elias Damasceno came free, but Manuel Torrijos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 78th minute, Amílton Marinho made a precise shot to the right of Manuel Torrijos. GÉMINIS DARIÉN F.C.'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-7. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Severino da Cunha during the 81st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Elias Damasceno showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-8. The audience thought a goal was coming when Eliseu Alagoano got free with Manuel Torrijos in the 91st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Severino da Cunha in the 93rd minute of play forced GÉMINIS DARIÉN F.C.'s goalkeeper Manuel Torrijos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Severino da Cunha came free with the goalkeeper in the 95th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Manuel Torrijos could save by the left post. 卡納里尼奧 FC played a much better game than GÉMINIS DARIÉN F.C. and deserved their victory. The GÉMINIS DARIÉN F.C. players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
