Camilo Candido kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. Nacional's Juaneizu Merida played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dariusz Wos in the 14th minute of play. Everyone was convinced a goal was close when Nacional's Grabiel Escorcia in the 19th minute lifted the ball towards the upper right corner, but Peter Schmeichel was perfectly placed and prevented a goal for A.C. Patagonia through an amazing save. A collision led to A.C. Patagonia getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Marcin Cebula hit a great ball. With an all-out effort, Nacional's Peter Schmeichel threw himself towards the right post 28 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Grabiel Escorcia, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Through an outstanding action, after 28 minutes, Peter Schmeichel successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. The audience was convinced that Dariusz Wos's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Juaneizu Merida was relentless in the 32nd minute of the game. When A.C.
