An unexpectedly hard shot by Ali Güralp Sekib in the 3rd minute of play forced A.C. Patagonia's goalkeeper Peter Schmeichel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 8 minutes of play, A.C. Patagonia's Dariusz Wos made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Adulfo Antunez was left in no man's land by his defense there! After some careless play in the AYAZAĞA FK defense, Dariusz Wos kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Adulfo Antunez. The AYAZAĞA FK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Adulfo Antunez should have stopped the shot. Peter Schmeichel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Matteo Mata in the 14th minute of the match. Atabek Makbul hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. A collision led to AYAZAĞA FK getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Muzafer Cannavaro hit a great ball. In the 33rdth minute of the game Dariusz Wos who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but AYAZAĞA FK's Adulfo Antunez was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Ali Güralp Sekib kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. In the 39th minute the ball was on its way in behind AYAZAĞA FK's goalkeeper Adulfo Antunez, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. A.C. Patagonia were awarded a corner in the 40th minute after AYAZAĞA FK's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Szymon Jaszyna took the corner. A.C. Patagonia's Szymon Jaszyna was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Adulfo Antunez in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Adulfo Antunez came out of the goal in the 42nd minute to try and stop a shot by A.C. Patagonia's Dariusz Wos. But to his dismay, Dariusz Wos quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-5. After the first half A.C. Patagonia were leading 0-5. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

AYAZAĞA FK made a substitution. Metin Keçeci replaced Atabek Makbul. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Dariusz Wos stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Dariusz Wos might have been able to make a better finish in the 53rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Adulfo Antunez. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Dariusz Wos ran back to his position shaking his head. Adulfo Antunez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dariusz Wos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A.C. Patagonia's Aldo Di Carlo was substituted for Dariusz Wos. A collision led to AYAZAĞA FK getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Berke Gümüşsoy hit a great ball. In the 65th minute, Muzafer Cannavaro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Berke Gümüşsoy's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Peter Schmeichel read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 70th minute of play. Peter Schmeichel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Berke Gümüşsoy, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. AYAZAĞA FK's Adulfo Antunez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aldo Di Carlo in the 82nd minute of play. Berke Gümüşsoy sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 86th minute, Aldo Di Carlo made a precise shot to the right of Adulfo Antunez. AYAZAĞA FK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-7. Patagonia's goalkeeper Peter Schmeichel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 91 minutes into the match, A.C. Patagonia's Aldo Di Carlo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Adulfo Antunez narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. A.C. Patagonia walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
