Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Francisco Seco started the match with the kick off. In the 5th minute the ball was on its way in behind Uruguay's goalkeeper Joaquin Gayoso, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. A collision led to Uruguay getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Arturo Carvallo hit a great ball. Joaquin Gayoso made a fantastic save in the 8th minute, when Pacorro Aguilar sent off a good shot on target. Arturo Carvallo kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. 15 minutes into the match, Pacorro Aguilar had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Joaquin Gayoso. Uruguay's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Pacorro Aguilar was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. After having played for 22 minutes, Pacorro Aguilar managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ♠♥ Stardust Crusaders ♣♦'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Pacorro Aguilar was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Pacorro Aguilar's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Joaquin Gayoso read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 22nd minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Pacorro Aguilar got free with Joaquin Gayoso in the 26th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Bruno Beldad hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. 29 minutes into the match, Uruguay's goalkeeper Joaquin Gayoso had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Pacorro Aguilar. Joaquin Gayoso made a fantastic save in the 30th minute, when Pacorro Aguilar sent off a good shot on target. The supporters of ♠♥ Stardust Crusaders ♣♦ booed when Uruguay was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Maximiliano Escribano didn't get a good kick on the ball. Uruguay's Joaquin Gayoso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pacorro Aguilar in the 35th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gaspar Alborza during the 37th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Francisco Seco in the 38th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Edwin van der Sar saved ♠♥ Stardust Crusaders ♣♦ from getting behind. In the 42nd minute, Pacorro Aguilar reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Joaquin Gayoso. The goal made the score 3-0. After 47 played minutes Uruguay got a freekick which was hit by Arturo Carvallo. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

In the 54th match minute, Uruguay was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arturo Carvallo to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Uruguay getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Arturo Carvallo hit a great ball. ♠♥ Stardust Crusaders ♣♦'s Noel Guerrero was substituted for Gaspar Alborza. Arturo Carvallo hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. Pero Falla took the ball and in the 59 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Joaquin Gayoso. Joaquin Gayoso dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. After 63 played minutes Uruguay got a freekick which was hit by Arturo Carvallo. Santos Sanz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Joaquin Gayoso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Pero Falla blasted a shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Joaquin Gayoso having to make a save. Pero Falla's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Joaquin Gayoso read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 71st minute of play. Pero Falla scored 5-0 in the 75th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Joaquin Gayoso, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Furman Salantes kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. After 81 played minutes ♠♥ Stardust Crusaders ♣♦ got a freekick which was hit by Nalo Loaisa. The audience thought a goal was coming when Maximiliano Escribano got free with Edwin van der Sar in the 84th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Joaquin Gayoso came out of the goal in the 89th minute to try and stop a shot by ♠♥ Stardust Crusaders ♣♦'s Pero Falla. But to his dismay, Pero Falla quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 7-0. Santos Sanz struck a weak shot in the 93rd minute. Joaquin Gayoso didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for ♠♥ Stardust Crusaders ♣♦. 96 minutes into the match, ♠♥ Stardust Crusaders ♣♦'s Pero Falla sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Joaquin Gayoso narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The ♠♥ Stardust Crusaders ♣♦ support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
