An unexpectedly hard shot by 白然骏 in the 7th minute of play forced ManagerZone Crew's goalkeeper Patrick Armstrong to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 8 minutes into the game, ManagerZone Crew's Peter Linkhorst nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. 陆坚思 made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. In the 11thth minute of the game Peter Linkhorst who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but 拜耳04勒沃库森's 陆坚思 was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. A collision led to ManagerZone Crew getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Adrian Våleman hit a great ball. The crowd rose to their feet as 拜耳04勒沃库森's 曹崇星 slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Patrick Armstrong. That made the score 1-1 after 19 minutes of play. Patrick Armstrong had great luck who in the 24thth minute grab hold of the ball when 何义雄 from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. In the 30th minute, Adrian Våleman ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. 陆坚思 was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3. 何义雄 struck a weak shot in the 33rd minute. Patrick Armstrong didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for 拜耳04勒沃库森. After the first half ManagerZone Crew were leading 1-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Peter Linkhorst was the one to do the kick off. Through an outstanding action, after 50 minutes, 陆坚思 successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. After 51 played minutes 拜耳04勒沃库森 got a freekick which was hit by 邱凡辉. 陆坚思 showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Robert Ununger, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. If 楚文洋 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 56th minute, 何义雄 left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The 拜耳04勒沃库森 fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-3. In the 59th minute Peter Linkhorst clashed with another player. He fell to the ground and was in great pain. It was obvious that he couldn't finish the game. After 59 minutes, 邱凡辉 mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the 拜耳04勒沃库森 and the ManagerZone Crew players grew even worse after the yellow card. 邱凡辉 hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. 陆坚思 showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Robert Ununger, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 67th minute, Robert Ununger managed to get in a good position for a shot. ManagerZone Crew's supporters rose to their feet, but Robert Ununger was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. 陆坚思 breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 陆坚思 showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marcus Murwall in the 68th minute of the match. In the 70th minute, 何义雄 left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The 拜耳04勒沃库森 fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-3. 陆坚思 took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marcus Murwall, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling 何义雄 in the 84th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Patrick Armstrong prevented the ball from getting in the gole. ManagerZone Crew's Patrick Armstrong played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 何义雄 in the 85th minute of play. 曹崇星's late challenge caught a ManagerZone Crew's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. 曹崇星 helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of ManagerZone Crew booed when 拜耳04勒沃库森 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. 曹崇星 didn't get a good kick on the ball. 拜耳04勒沃库森's Cesinha Lago was substituted for 孙锋. After a rather tough play, 拜耳04勒沃库森's 曹崇星 got a free kick in the 91st minute. Robert Ununger received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. 陆坚思 tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
