Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Joel Gaona to make the kick off. In the 52ndth minute of the game Alberto Tafalla who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but RIVER PINAMAR fc's Jorge Cutberto was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 60 minutes into the match, RIVER PINAMAR fc's goal looked a bit too open when Alberto Tafalla came free, but Jorge Cutberto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Maximo Todor hit a great ball. Zeledon Urdaspal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Dante Lacasa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Joel Gaona fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jorge Cutberto having to interfere. With a little luck, RIVER PINAMAR fc's Jorge Cutberto got control of the ball when Facundo Cadaval tried to sneak it across the goal line. 88 minutes in the game, Luca Zorita fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Jorge Cutberto having to interfere. Maximo Todor charged in rather forcefully in the 89th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Maximo Todor the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Maximo Todor kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. Jorge Cutberto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alberto Tafalla in the 90th minute of play. Jorge Cutberto was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When the match was over Mexico could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than RIVER PINAMAR fc throughout the match.
