Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Abel Bernard, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tomas Illescas struck a weak shot in the 14th minute. Aristides Iztal didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Venezuela. When the match clock showed 16 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Lajos Tímár sped through Venezuela's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. 21 minutes into the match, Lajos Tímár dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Jonathan Ferrant, 2-0. In the 26thth minute of the game Lajos Tímár who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abel Bernard in the 27th minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lajos Tímár fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonathan Ferrant having to interfere. 30 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lajos Tímár. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 34th minute of the match, managed to save Venezuela from getting a goal against them. After 37 minutes, Tomas Illescas made it 2-1 with a short kick to the right side. GangsTaz F. C.'s Aristides Iztal tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Rigoberto Mina got a free kick in the 41st minute. Carmelo Ishmael, 41 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 44th minute, Tomas Illescas managed to get in a good position for a shot. Venezuela's supporters rose to their feet, but Tomas Illescas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Aristides Iztal breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abel Panfilo in the 52nd minute of play. When Germán Pezzella fell near the penalty area in the 54th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored GangsTaz F. C.'s protests and gave Germán Pezzella a yellow card for diving instead. After 55 played minutes GangsTaz F. C. got a freekick which was hit by Germán Pezzella. Tomas Illescas might have been able to make a better finish in the 58th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Aristides Iztal. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Tomas Illescas ran back to his position shaking his head. 60 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Luke Jamieson came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. GangsTaz F. C. made a substitution. Augusto Manilan replaced Angel Isusko. In the 64th minute Lisandro Eladio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 65 minutes into the game, Lajos Tímár cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. Jonathan Ferrant was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 67th match minute, GangsTaz F. C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Abel Panfilo to maneuver through the defense. Tomas Illescas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Aristides Iztal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lajos Tímár in the 73rd minute of play. Augusto Manilan scored 4-1 in the 74th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jonathan Ferrant, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The audience was convinced that Lajos Tímár's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jonathan Ferrant was relentless in the 78th minute of the game. When the match clock showed 78 minutes, the score became 5-1 when Lajos Tímár sped through Venezuela's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. 81 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Abel Panfilo came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Tomas Illescas kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Aristides Iztal. That made the score 5-2 in the 87 minute of play. 92 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Abel Panfilo came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. GangsTaz F. C.'s supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
