An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomas Illescas in the 6th minute of play forced Leripe Lifestyle's goalkeeper Paredes Soberano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Juan-Carlos Cervantes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 10th minute Leripe Lifestyle were awarded a corner. Juan-Carlos Cervantes went to the cornerflag to take it. Juan-Carlos Cervantes made a great header on Leripe Lifestyle's corner, it was just that Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant managed to reach the ball for a save. 12 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Bernardinho Passos. The supporters of Venezuela booed when Leripe Lifestyle was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Romulo Tarin didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Patricio Costa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bernardinho Passos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Jonathan Ferrant tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 29th minute, Bernardinho Passos reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Jonathan Ferrant. The goal made the score 1-0. 34 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Franciszek Topolski. 36 minutes into the match, Leripe Lifestyle's Franciszek Topolski sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jonathan Ferrant narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Tomas Illescas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Paredes Soberano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jonathan Ferrant was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Bernardinho Passos showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 45 minute of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Bernardinho Passos made the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 52nd minute, Patricio Costa managed to get in a good position for a shot. Venezuela's supporters rose to their feet, but Patricio Costa was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Paredes Soberano breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to Venezuela getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Camilo Gaos hit a great ball. After some careless play in the Venezuela defense, Bernardinho Passos kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. The Venezuela fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jonathan Ferrant should have stopped the shot. Tomas Illescas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Paredes Soberano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 64th minute, Juan-Carlos Cervantes ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jonathan Ferrant was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. After 68 played minutes Leripe Lifestyle got a freekick which was hit by Ismael Rossi. After a rather tough play, Leripe Lifestyle's Ismael Rossi got a free kick in the 69th minute. Paredes Soberano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tomas Illescas, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. Romulo Tarin hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. Raimundo Paredes made in the 76th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Lourenco Agreda immediately put the ball in play. Leripe Lifestyle's Dino Madureira got a good chance for a goal in the 80th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Tomas Illescas got a free kick in the 84th minute. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Juan-Carlos Cervantes in the 85th minute of the match. Leripe Lifestyle's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Juan-Carlos Cervantes in the 86th minute. The corner ended in Juan-Carlos Cervantes almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant did a great save. In the 90th minute, Tomas Illescas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.
