After 5 minutes ARON FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Daniel Zorita who took care of the corner kick. It was a well-played corner which Luis Andino managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Doni Nóbrega showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daniel Zorita, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. 8 minutes into the game, Conrado Travassos was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. ARON FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ecuador the free kick. In the 9th minute, Daniel Zorita made a precise shot to the right of Doni Nóbrega. ARON FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. The supporters of Ecuador booed when ARON FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Valdo Velloso didn't get a good kick on the ball. Daniel Zorita struck a weak shot in the 12th minute. Doni Nóbrega didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ecuador. 14 minutes into the game, Daniel Zorita cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Doni Nóbrega was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristian Sancho in the 18th minute of play forced ARON FC's goalkeeper Doni Nóbrega to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 19 minutes into the game, Júlio Velloso was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Doni Nóbrega showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daniel Zorita in the 37th minute of the match. 38 minutes into the match, ARON FC's goal looked a bit too open when Cristian Sancho came free, but Doni Nóbrega reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ecuador's Daniel Zorita was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Doni Nóbrega in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. In the 53rd minute, Cristian Sancho ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Doni Nóbrega was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. Vito Donatello hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. With a little luck, ARON FC's Doni Nóbrega got control of the ball when Luis Andino tried to sneak it across the goal line. Doni Nóbrega showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristian Sancho, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. 69 minutes into the match, Daniel Zorita dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Doni Nóbrega, 0-4. 73 minutes into the match, ARON FC's goalkeeper Doni Nóbrega had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Daniel Zorita. Thanks to some nice moves Daniel Zorita could shoot a difficult shot in the 76th minute, which Doni Nóbrega however easily saved by the left post. After 79 minutes of play, Ecuador's Agustín Saelices made it 0-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Doni Nóbrega was left in no man's land by his defense there! Doni Nóbrega made an important save on a dangerous shot by Daniel Zorita in the 84th minute. In the 85th minute of the match Ecuador got a corner. ARON FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Daniel Zorita ran over to the corner to take the kick. 86 minutes into the game, Ecuador's Daniel Zorita nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Doni Nóbrega made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-6. Agustín Saelices received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Doni Nóbrega tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Waldir dos Santos hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. In the 94th match minute, ARON FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leandro Sousa to maneuver through the defense. Ecuador's Daniel Zorita shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 94th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Doni Nóbrega but with some difficulty. Ecuador's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
