Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Tomas Illescas got the match started through his kick off. In the 4th minute, Patricio Costa got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Sixto Efraim fell near the penalty area in the 5th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored BROLY FC's protests and gave Sixto Efraim a yellow card for diving instead. In the 7th minute, Sixto Efraim hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 13 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when 谢伟文 came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rigoberto Mina kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. In the 16th minute, 谢伟文 fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Jonathan Ferrant, passed just outside the right post. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marten Palermo, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. 19 minutes had been played when some careless play by Venezuela's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. 谢伟文 was slow to take the kick. BROLY FC's Humberto Rolado was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Jonathan Ferrant in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. In the 28th minute, 谢伟文 fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. A collision led to Venezuela getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Patricio Costa hit a great ball. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from 谢伟文, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The crowd rose to their feet as BROLY FC's 谢伟文 slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Jonathan Ferrant. That made the score 2-0 after 38 minutes of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. 谢伟文 was the one to do the kick off. Jonathan Ferrant stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of 谢伟文's shot from short distance in the 51st minute. After taking down the ball on BROLY FC's corner 谢伟文 fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Jonathan Ferrant quite easily take care of the ball. The supporters of BROLY FC booed when Venezuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jose Correa didn't get a good kick on the ball. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mariano Martxel in the 87th minute of play. Camilo Gaos hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. Mariano Martxel struck a weak shot in the 94th minute. Jonathan Ferrant didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for BROLY FC.
