Kiliz Mauleon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daniel Zorita, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. Patricio Bamford received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Julio Vera tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Julio Vera was a little too slow when Patricio Bamford got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 33rd minute. The score was now 2-0. In the 39th minute, Edgard Eudoxio fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. The wind increased when Edgard Eudoxio made the kick off in the second half. Kiliz Mauleon made an important save on a dangerous shot by Daniel Zorita in the 63rd minute. Julio Vera stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Edgard Eudoxio's shot from short distance in the 65th minute. Moscovi Ψ made a substitution. Edu Gol replaced Edgard Eudoxio. Ecuador's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Moscovi Ψ the free kick. Edu Gol might have been able to make a better finish in the 94th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Julio Vera. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Edu Gol ran back to his position shaking his head. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edu Gol in the 94th minute of play. Julio Vera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edu Gol, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute.
