Spectators: 39 (Terracing: 30, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Jacobo Aritza kicked off to start the match. Santiago Eladio stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tomas Illescas's shot from short distance in the 3rd minute. Tomas Illescas scored 0-1 in the 10th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Santiago Eladio, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Guillermo Mariano kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Abiogenesis's zone, Tomas Illescas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Santiago Eladio came out of the goal and Tomas Illescas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 21 minutes into the match, Abiogenesis's goal looked a bit too open when Tomas Illescas came free, but Santiago Eladio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Santiago Eladio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tomas Illescas in the 24th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Tomas Illescas's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Santiago Eladio was relentless in the 24th minute of the game. Fernan Orlondon kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. The supporters of Venezuela booed when Abiogenesis was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aquiles Kimetz didn't get a good kick on the ball. Santiago Eladio didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Tomas Illescas went, in the 32nd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Jacobo Aritza's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jonathan Ferrant read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 35th minute of play. Leonides Austin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Jonathan Ferrant tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Abiogenesis booed when Venezuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Camilo Gaos didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 44 played minutes Abiogenesis got a freekick which was hit by Fernan Orlondon. In the 45th match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tomas Illescas to maneuver through the defense. Fernan Orlondon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

In the 51stth minute of the game Tomas Illescas who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Abiogenesis's Santiago Eladio was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The supporters of Venezuela booed when Abiogenesis was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aquiles Kimetz didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 56th minute Tomas Illescas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Santiago Eladio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Tomas Illescas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Santiago Eladio made a fantastic save in the 57th minute, when Tomas Illescas sent off a good shot on target. After 58 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Patricio Costa. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jacobo Aritza in the 65th minute of play. Santiago Eladio was out of position in the 69 minute of play, and Tomas Illescas capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Tomas Illescas really showed his touch with that goal: 0-3. Abiogenesis's Cristo Maju was substituted for Jacobo Aritza. Abiogenesis made a substitution. Joel Caetano replaced Eleuterio Iraido. Aquiles Kimetz made in the 77th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Venezuela's Patricio Costa. Tomas Illescas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leonides Austin in the 81st minute of play. After 82 minutes Venezuela's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Delmar Libertad who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on Abiogenesis's corner Delmar Libertad fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Jonathan Ferrant quite easily take care of the ball. Cristo Maju received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Jonathan Ferrant tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Venezuela's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
