After having played for 7 minutes, Mariano Lacasa managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Chile's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mariano Lacasa was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Thiago Pliego was a little too slow when Charles Teuma Castelletti got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 8th minute. The score was now 1-0. Evaristo Roldan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mariano Lacasa in the 12th minute of play. Chile were awarded a corner in the 13th minute after Cuervos AFC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Mariano Lacasa took the corner. Chile's Thiago Pliego played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maximino Illan in the 15th minute of play. The supporters of Chile booed when Cuervos AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cristo Ramond didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tymoteusz Sroki hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. The supporters of Cuervos AFC booed when Chile was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Evaristo Roldan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mariano Lacasa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Orlando Casaus hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. When Mariano Lacasa came up free with the goalie in the 32nd minute, the Chile fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mariano Lacasa couldn't finish the play. If Mariano Lacasa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The throw-in from Tymoteusz Sroki in the 38th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Chile's Pedro Indiano. In the 39th minute Chile were awarded a corner. Mariano Lacasa went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on Chile's corner Pedro Indiano fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Evaristo Roldan quite easily take care of the ball. 44 minutes into the game, Charles Teuma Castelletti was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Cuervos AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Chile the free kick. After a rather tough play, Cuervos AFC's Charles Teuma Castelletti got a free kick in the 44th minute. After having played for 46 minutes, Mariano Lacasa managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. In the 50th minute Mariano Lacasa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Evaristo Roldan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thiago Pliego showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Charles Teuma Castelletti, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. Cristo Ramond recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 55th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Cuervos AFC made a substitution. Zacarias Valery replaced Cristo Ramond. 57 minutes into the match, Chile's Mariano Lacasa sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Evaristo Roldan narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Mariano Lacasas short, quick shot in the 60thth minute got Evaristo Roldan to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Mariano Lacasa might have been able to make a better finish in the 64th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Evaristo Roldan. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mariano Lacasa ran back to his position shaking his head. With a little luck, Cuervos AFC's Evaristo Roldan got control of the ball when Mariano Lacasa tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a rather tough play, Chile's Gerardo Pozo got a free kick in the 66th minute. Mariano Lacasa in the 69thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Evaristo Roldan, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Mariano Lacasa's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Evaristo Roldan read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 71st minute of play. Charles Teuma Castelletti sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Evaristo Roldan came out of the goal in the 74th minute to try and stop a shot by Chile's Mariano Lacasa. But to his dismay, Mariano Lacasa quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. If Orlando Casaus had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 80th minute Maximino Illan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Thiago Pliego saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mariano Lacasa ran back to his position shaking his head. 87 minutes into the match, Cuervos AFC's goalkeeper Evaristo Roldan had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mariano Lacasa. 89 minutes into the match, Cuervos AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Mariano Lacasa came free, but Evaristo Roldan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Cuervos AFC's zone, Mariano Lacasa stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Evaristo Roldan came out of the goal and Mariano Lacasa tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Orlando Casaus kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Cuervos AFC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Chile had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
