CerKeteam's Adolfo Paris played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Zorita in the 11th minute of play. Oriche Diez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Julio Vera having to interfere. Daniel Zorita sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Adolfo Paris showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daniel Zorita, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. In the 36th minute the ball was on its way in behind Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 39th minute, Daniel Zorita ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Adolfo Paris was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Daniel Zorita was the one to do the kick off. In the 53rd match minute, CerKeteam was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Miroslaw Skikiewicz to maneuver through the defense. Daniel Zorita received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Adolfo Paris came out and tried to block the shot, but Daniel Zorita slotted it home off the left post making it 0-2 in the 60th minute. Luis Andino recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 64th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Daniel Zorita came free with the goalkeeper in the 67th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Adolfo Paris could save by the left post. Daniel Zorita could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 68th minute of the match, but Adolfo Paris made a huge save. After 69 played minutes CerKeteam got a freekick which was hit by Rufo Palomares. If Luis Andino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Daniel Zorita came free with the goalkeeper in the 72nd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Adolfo Paris could save by the left post. Ecuador were awarded a corner in the 73th minute after CerKeteam's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Daniel Zorita took the corner. Daniel Zorita made a great header on Ecuador's corner, it was just that CerKeteam's Adolfo Paris managed to reach the ball for a save. If Cristian Sancho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, CerKeteam's Víctor Muelas got a free kick in the 80th minute. Cristian Sancho could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 83rd minute of the match, but Adolfo Paris made a huge save. Adolfo Paris made an important save on a dangerous shot by Felix Montenegro in the 85th minute. Adolfo Paris was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Felix Montenegro showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-3 in the 85 minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Daniel Zorita kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Adolfo Paris. That made the score 0-4 in the 89 minute of play. CerKeteam's Adolfo Paris proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 94th minute of the match, managed to save CerKeteam from getting a goal against them. Ecuador were awarded a corner in the 95th minute after CerKeteam's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Daniel Zorita took the corner.
