Spectators: 39 (Terracing: 30, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Condarco's Octavio Gaitan started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 4th minute, Daniel Zorita ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Maximiliano Lleir was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Maximiliano Lleir showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristian Sancho, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. Ecuador's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Daniel Zorita in the 8th minute. The corner led Ecuador's Daniel Zorita to fire away a dangerous shot which Maximiliano Lleir despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 9th minute Cristian Sancho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Maximiliano Lleir saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Octavio Gaitan came up free with the goalie in the 11th minute, the Condarco fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Octavio Gaitan couldn't finish the play. Luis Andino struck a weak shot in the 14th minute. Maximiliano Lleir didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ecuador. Maximiliano Lleir showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daniel Zorita, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. In the 19th minute Daniel Zorita shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Maximiliano Lleir saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Maximiliano Lleir was left in no man's land by his defense there! Cristian Sancho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Maximiliano Lleir tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Jonas Bero came up free with the goalie in the 28th minute, the Condarco fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jonas Bero couldn't finish the play. Maximiliano Lleir showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daniel Zorita in the 30th minute of the match. Maximiliano Lleir showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Felix Montenegro, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. If Cristian Sancho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The wind increased when Daniel Zorita made the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Condarco's zone, Daniel Zorita stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Maximiliano Lleir came out of the goal and Daniel Zorita tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a little luck, Condarco's Maximiliano Lleir got control of the ball when Daniel Zorita tried to sneak it across the goal line. Maximiliano Lleir made a fantastic save in the 58th minute, when Daniel Zorita sent off a good shot on target. Maximiliano Lleir took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristian Sancho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Condarco made a substitution. Luís de Godoi replaced Octavio Gaitan. In the 61st match minute, Condarco was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Octavio Gaitan to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Zorita in the 68th minute of play forced Condarco's goalkeeper Maximiliano Lleir to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Maximiliano Lleir showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daniel Zorita in the 71st minute of the match. In the 73rdth minute of the game Jonas Bero who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ecuador's Julio Vera was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Luís de Godoi might have been able to make a better finish in the 74th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Julio Vera. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Luís de Godoi ran back to his position shaking his head. After some fancy dribbling in the 75th minute, Jonas Bero managed to get in a good position for a shot. Condarco's supporters rose to their feet, but Jonas Bero was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Julio Vera breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The crowd rose to their feet as Daniel Zorita kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Maximiliano Lleir. That made the score 0-3 in the 77 minute of play. Daniel Zorita sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Julio Vera stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jonas Bero's shot from short distance in the 92nd minute. Maximiliano Lleir made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Zorita in the 94th minute of play. The Condarco fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Ecuador were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
