Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Tomas Illescas made the kick off which started today's match. In the 5th minute Tomas Illescas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dionisio Raphael saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice moves Alvaro Micarelli could shoot a difficult shot in the 7th minute, which Jonathan Ferrant however easily saved by the left post. 11 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Alvaro Micarelli. Dionisio Raphael took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tomas Illescas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 14th minute, Tomas Illescas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gilberto Demario got free with Jonathan Ferrant in the 18th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 25th minute of the match Venezuela got a corner. PINGO PINGO's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Tomas Illescas ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Camilo Gaos got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Dionisio Raphael quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Jonathan Ferrant made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alvaro Micarelli in the 28th minute. Filip Josefsson succeeded in the game's 33rd minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-0. In the 44th minute, Venezuela's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Filip Josefsson fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Gilberto Demario struck a weak shot in the 45th minute. Jonathan Ferrant didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for PINGO PINGO. Alvaro Micarelli received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Jonathan Ferrant tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Alvaro Micarelli made a kick off. 51 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Alvaro Micarelli came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal in the 55th minute to try and stop a shot by PINGO PINGO's Gilberto Demario. But to his dismay, Gilberto Demario quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gilberto Demario in the 59th minute of play. Casimiro Claris's late challenge caught a Venezuela's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Casimiro Claris helped the player get up and apologised. In the 60th match minute, PINGO PINGO was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Casimiro Claris to maneuver through the defense. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Filip Josefsson in the 66th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Alvaro Micarelli in the 70th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jonathan Ferrant saved Venezuela from getting behind. In the 76th minute Alvaro Micarelli shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Gilberto Demario had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 79th minute, Felipe Fernandes got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Jonathan Ferrant stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Alvaro Micarelli's shot from short distance in the 83rd minute. Filip Josefsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alvaro Micarelli in the 91st minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. PINGO PINGO had played much better football throughout.
