Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Daniel Zorita kicked off to start the match. 4 minutes into the game, Daniel Zorita cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Rıdvan İbrahimoğlu was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Rıdvan İbrahimoğlu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Felix Montenegro in the 10th minute of play. In the 11th minute Daniel Zorita shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rıdvan İbrahimoğlu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Ecuador's Agustín Saelices got a free kick in the 15th minute. In the 17th minute Luis Andino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rıdvan İbrahimoğlu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 19th minute Ksawery Gongola shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Julio Vera made a fantastic save in the 22nd minute, when Oskar Törnblom sent off a good shot on target. Rıdvan İbrahimoğlu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristian Sancho in the 24th minute of play. With a little luck, Ecuador's Julio Vera got control of the ball when Oskar Törnblom tried to sneak it across the goal line. After having played for 28 minutes, Cristian Sancho managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ecuador's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cristian Sancho was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Rıdvan İbrahimoğlu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daniel Zorita, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. The FFC Merainies 03 fans' excitement grew in the 36th match minute when FFC Merainies 03's Oskar Törnblom looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Rıdvan İbrahimoğlu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristian Sancho, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Oskar Törnblom stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. FFC Merainies 03's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Fabio Botello in the 52nd minute. Fabio Botello made a great header on FFC Merainies 03's corner, it was just that Ecuador's Julio Vera managed to reach the ball for a save. Daniel Zorita recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 54th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Daniel Zorita got free with Rıdvan İbrahimoğlu in the 56th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ksawery Gongola, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Daniel Zorita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Julio Vera stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Oskar Törnblom's shot from short distance in the 63rd minute. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Oskar Törnblom in the 66th minute of the match. In the 68th minute FFC Merainies 03 were awarded a corner. Fabio Botello went to the cornerflag to take it. If Oskar Törnblom had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Julio Vera stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ksawery Gongola's shot from short distance in the 72nd minute. Julio Vera came out of the goal in the 74th minute to try and stop a shot by FFC Merainies 03's Oskar Törnblom. But to his dismay, Oskar Törnblom quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ksawery Gongola, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 86th minute, Camilo Gisbert hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Fabio Botello took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 87th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Julio Vera. Ecuador's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Julio Vera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leon Craandijk, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. With a little luck, FFC Merainies 03's Rıdvan İbrahimoğlu got control of the ball when Felix Montenegro tried to sneak it across the goal line. Cristian Sancho could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 94th minute of the match, but Rıdvan İbrahimoğlu made a huge save. FFC Merainies 03's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
