Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Edmundo Espiga got the match started through his kick off. The supporters of Picapiedras FC booed when Honduras was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Milagros Cabal didn't get a good kick on the ball. 4 minutes in the game, Russ Barton fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Lautaro Navarro having to interfere. Inocencio Iago made in the 6th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Bala Cañon. After having played for 10 minutes, Edmundo Espiga managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Honduras's supporters crossed their fingers, but Edmundo Espiga was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Lautaro Navarro stood somewhat misplaced when Hugo Noremberg came free in front of goal and shot 1-1 to the left of him in the 12 minute. After 15 minutes, Inocencio Iago mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Picapiedras FC and the Honduras players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Honduras booed when Picapiedras FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Inocencio Iago didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Sebastian Villa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 20th minute, Ivan Hopgood hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 22nd play minutes Edmundo Espiga shot 1-2, a short shot which went by Juan Ibañez and just under the crossbar into goal. Juan Ibañez stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Edmundo Espiga's shot from short distance in the 24th minute. In the 25th minute, Ivan Hopgood hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Lautaro Navarro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hugo Noremberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Matias Berto kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. A collision led to Honduras getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Edmundo Espiga hit a great ball. With his leg Lautaro Navarro managed to avoid a goal in the 30thth minute, when Picapiedras FC's Hugo Noremberg fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. The supporters of Honduras booed when Picapiedras FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ivan Hopgood didn't get a good kick on the ball. Juan Ibañez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edmundo Espiga, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Juan Ibañez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edmundo Espiga, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. After 39 played minutes Picapiedras FC got a freekick which was hit by Ivan Hopgood. After some fancy dribbling in the 46th minute, Hugo Noremberg managed to get in a good position for a shot. Picapiedras FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Hugo Noremberg was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lautaro Navarro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Lautaro Navarro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hugo Noremberg in the 48th minute of the match. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Hugo Noremberg to strike the kick off in the second half. Sebastian Villa might have been able to make a better finish in the 54th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Juan Ibañez. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Sebastian Villa ran back to his position shaking his head. After some fancy dribbling in the 54th minute, Edmundo Espiga managed to get in a good position for a shot. Honduras's supporters rose to their feet, but Edmundo Espiga was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Juan Ibañez breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 55th match minute, Picapiedras FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Maicon Abraão to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Picapiedras FC booed when Honduras was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edmundo Espiga didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Edmundo Espiga in the 74th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Juan Ibañez prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After some fancy dribbling in the 75th minute, Edmundo Espiga managed to get in a good position for a shot. Honduras's supporters rose to their feet, but Edmundo Espiga was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Juan Ibañez breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Hugo Noremberg succeeded in the game's 77th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 3-2. Bala Cañon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Lautaro Navarro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 86th minute Luca Espinar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Juan Ibañez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bala Cañon kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. Sebastian Villa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Juan Ibañez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Picapiedras FC were victorious despite being under pressure from Honduras for much of the match.
