The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The corner led Ecuador's Daniel Zorita to fire away a dangerous shot which Abelardo Erlantz despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 22nd minute of the match La Vuelta del Malon got a corner. Ecuador's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. 刘旭震 ran over to the corner to take the kick. 刘旭震 made a great header on La Vuelta del Malon's corner, it was just that Ecuador's Julio Vera managed to reach the ball for a save. Juan Sebastián Puig charged in rather forcefully in the 37th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee ignored Ecuador's protests and gave Cristian Sancho a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Ecuador getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Cristian Sancho hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Ecuador's zone, Stoyo Abazov stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Julio Vera came out of the goal and Stoyo Abazov tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 57th play minute Luis Andino came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Abelardo Erlantz. 1-1. After some careless play in the La Vuelta del Malon defense, Daniel Zorita kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Abelardo Erlantz. The La Vuelta del Malon fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Abelardo Erlantz should have stopped the shot. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Stoyo Abazov in the 75th minute of play. After a rather tough play, La Vuelta del Malon's Sigurds Kiriks got a free kick in the 78th minute. Luis Andino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. With a little luck, La Vuelta del Malon's Abelardo Erlantz got control of the ball when Daniel Zorita tried to sneak it across the goal line. Cristian Sancho came free with the goalkeeper in the 85th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Abelardo Erlantz could save by the left post. A collision led to Ecuador getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Daniel Zorita hit a great ball. Stoyo Abazov fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Julio Vera having to interfere. Stoyo Abazov hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. A collision led to Ecuador getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Luis Andino hit a great ball. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Stoyo Abazov, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
