Guto do Vale showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hector Covarrubias in the 7th minute of the match. In the 16th minute Geovânio Valladares shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jacobo Nores saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Paraguay's Alan Campos managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Gonçalo Rossi in the 21 minute of the game. A throw-in in the 23rd minute of the game was made by Samuel Alves with Kaká Campidelis as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. In the 25th match minute, Paraguay was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Iker Tafalla to maneuver through the defense. Alan Campos hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. A collision led to Vicit FC getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Geovânio Valladares hit a great ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

53 minutes into the match, Kaká Campidelis had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jacobo Nores. Paraguay's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Kaká Campidelis was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. In the 71st match minute, Vicit FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leonel Silva to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought a goal was coming when Hector Covarrubias got free with Guto do Vale in the 77th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Vicit FC's Kaká Campidelis in the 82nd minute got a chance for a shot 82nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Paraguay's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because Vicit FC had won, even though Paraguay had held more of the ball.
