Muñeco FC's Tyrone Summerfield played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Camilo Franco in the 11th minute of play. Tyrone Summerfield showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Maximiliano Escribano in the 13th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Arturo Carvallo during the 17th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Hermengildo Domeka's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Joaquin Gayoso firmly grabbed it by the left post. Maximiliano Escribano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Tyrone Summerfield tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Remigio Palban kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. After 25 minutes Muñeco FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Jaime Cazalla who took care of the corner kick. When Arturo Carvallo was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 25 minutes had been played. After a rather tough play, Uruguay's Arturo Carvallo got a free kick in the 26th minute. 29 minutes into the game, Muñeco FC's Víctor Franco nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Joaquin Gayoso made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. After 32 minutes, Hermengildo Domeka made it 2-0 with a short kick to the right side. Uruguay's Joaquin Gayoso tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. A collision led to Muñeco FC getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Adan Lizer hit a great ball. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

The wind increased when Hermengildo Domeka made the kick off in the second half. Tyrone Summerfield made an important save on a dangerous shot by Francisco Seco in the 50th minute. 54 minutes into the match, Maximiliano Escribano notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of Muñeco FC's Tyrone Summerfield. Tyrone Summerfield was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 67 played minutes Muñeco FC got a freekick which was hit by Prudencio Ellande. Tyrone Summerfield made a fantastic save in the 68th minute, when Francisco Seco sent off a good shot on target. After 69 played minutes Muñeco FC got a freekick which was hit by Filomeno Caton. Francisco Seco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Víctor Franco in the 73rd minute of play forced Uruguay's goalkeeper Joaquin Gayoso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Joaquin Gayoso was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Remigio Palban hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. When Muñeco FC's Víctor Franco in the 82nd minute got a chance for a shot 82nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Uruguay's goalie prevented a goal. In the 84th minute, Bruno Beldad hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Víctor Franco blasted a shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Joaquin Gayoso having to make a save. A collision led to Uruguay getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Camilo Franco hit a great ball. Tyrone Summerfield made a fantastic save in the 92nd minute, when Francisco Seco sent off a good shot on target. Víctor Franco recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 97th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Uruguay players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
