The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 4 played minutes Quien Te iba a Decir..... got a freekick which was hit by Saul Tirso. When Joel Gaona came up free with the goalie in the 9th minute, the Mexico fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Joel Gaona couldn't finish the play. A collision led to Mexico getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Leonardo Leoz hit a great ball. In the 17th minute, Lautaro Mancebo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Mexico fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 22nd minute, Lautaro Mancebo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mexico's supporters rose to their feet, but Lautaro Mancebo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Adam Kiepski breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joel Gaona in the 26th minute of play forced Quien Te iba a Decir.....'s goalkeeper Adam Kiepski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Quien Te iba a Decir.....'s Adam Kiepski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lautaro Mancebo in the 28th minute of play. Elpidio Ursino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Filomeno Urtzi fell near the penalty area in the 30th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Quien Te iba a Decir.....'s protests and gave Filomeno Urtzi a yellow card for diving instead. Filomeno Urtzi kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alberto Tafalla in the 31st minute of play forced Quien Te iba a Decir.....'s goalkeeper Adam Kiepski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Saul Tirso kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. In the 33rd minute of the match Joel Gaona shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Adam Kiepski showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Leonardo Leoz kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. Joel Gaona might have been able to make a better finish in the 43rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Adam Kiepski. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Joel Gaona ran back to his position shaking his head. Quien Te iba a Decir.....'s Adam Kiepski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joel Gaona in the 45th minute of play. After the first half Mexico were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Joel Gaona made a kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alberto Tafalla got free with Adam Kiepski in the 51st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Alberto Tafalla had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 56th minute Elpidio Ursino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dante Lacasa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Alberto Tafalla had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Adam Kiepski made a fantastic save in the 62nd minute, when Lautaro Mancebo sent off a good shot on target. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lautaro Mancebo got free with Adam Kiepski in the 67th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joel Gaona in the 78th minute of play forced Quien Te iba a Decir.....'s goalkeeper Adam Kiepski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 78th minute, Joel Gaona made a precise shot to the right of Adam Kiepski. Quien Te iba a Decir.....'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Dante Lacasa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jonatan Malvin, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. Adam Kiepski made a fantastic save in the 84th minute, when Lautaro Mancebo sent off a good shot on target. When Lautaro Mancebo came up free with the goalie in the 85th minute, the Mexico fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lautaro Mancebo couldn't finish the play. Lautaro Mancebo received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Adam Kiepski came out and tried to block the shot, but Lautaro Mancebo slotted it home off the left post making it 0-3 in the 88th minute. With an all-out effort, Mexico's Adam Kiepski threw himself towards the right post 96 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Joel Gaona, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Mexico played a much better game than Quien Te iba a Decir..... and deserved their victory. The Quien Te iba a Decir..... players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
