Through an outstanding action, after 20 minutes, Jonathan Ferrant successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Camilo Gaos got a free kick in the 26th minute. In the 27th minute, Tobiasz Bienienda got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. It was a well-played corner which Rigoberto Mina managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Venezuela's defense didn't have a chance, in the 34th minute, when Boguslaw Kapinos scored to the left of an out of position Jonathan Ferrant, making the score, 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tobiasz Bienienda in the 38th minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 44th match minute, KS KARA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pawel Walczak to maneuver through the defense. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Tobiasz Bienienda made the kick off in the second half. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tobiasz Bienienda in the 62nd minute of play. In the 63rd minute, Tomas Illescas reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Jacek Kordalewski. The goal made the score 2-2. KS KARA's Leszek Moryl was substituted for Bogdan Raschke. Pawel Walczak got his second yellow card in the match during the 68th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. Tomas Illescas hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. Jacek Kordalewski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Patricio Costa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Venezuela had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
