Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Daniel Zorita took the kick off in the first half of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 2nd minute, Aniceto Campello managed to get in a good position for a shot. Teɱperłey Cɨŧy's supporters rose to their feet, but Aniceto Campello was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Julio Vera breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gunnar Hake got free with Julio Vera in the 4th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 5 minutes had been played when some careless play by Ecuador's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Gunnar Hake was slow to take the kick. During this time Teɱperłey Cɨŧy's players had a chance to rest. If Cristian Sancho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 17 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when John Ryberg came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aniceto Campello in the 18th minute of play. In the 18thth minute of the game Aniceto Campello who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ecuador's Julio Vera was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 22nd minute, Esteban Loi fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Aniceto Campello in the 24th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Julio Vera saved Ecuador from getting behind. When Aniceto Campello came up free with the goalie in the 25th minute, the Teɱperłey Cɨŧy fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Aniceto Campello couldn't finish the play. Teɱperłey Cɨŧy's Doriva Britto got a good chance for a goal in the 26th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The Ecuador fans' excitement grew in the 29th match minute when Ecuador's Daniel Zorita looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 45th minute, Cristian Sancho left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ecuador fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Aniceto Campello made a kick off. Cristian Sancho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. With a little luck, Teɱperłey Cɨŧy's Erhan İren got control of the ball when Cristian Sancho tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 57th minute of the match, Daniel Zorita got a very nice opportunity to score, but Erhan İren was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. 61 minutes into the match, Teɱperłey Cɨŧy's goal looked a bit too open when Agustín Saelices came free, but Erhan İren reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Benjamin Valentine hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. Raul Rito recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 73rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 78th minute, Cristian Sancho made a precise shot to the right of Erhan İren. Teɱperłey Cɨŧy's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. Gerardo Osorio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Julio Vera tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Elias Cristofol in the 92nd minute of play. In the 94th minute, Esteban Loi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the match was over Ecuador could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Teɱperłey Cɨŧy throughout the match.
