The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The throw-in from Joshua Secada in the 7th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by One Piece FC's Cuartio Sesmilo. Inocencio Felipo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomas Illescas in the 8th minute of play. Venezuela's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Tomas Illescas in the 9th minute. The corner ended in Patricio Costa almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but One Piece FC's Inocencio Felipo did a great save. When the match clock showed 10 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Patricio Costa sped through One Piece FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Inocencio Felipo. When Tomas Illescas came up free with the goalie in the 12th minute, the Venezuela fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tomas Illescas couldn't finish the play. Orlando Orlando might have been able to make a better finish in the 18th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jonathan Ferrant. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Orlando Orlando ran back to his position shaking his head. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Orlando Orlando, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. Jonathan Ferrant made a fantastic save in the 23rd minute, when Orlando Orlando sent off a good shot on target. Guillermo Mariano kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. Orlando Orlando who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 33rdth minute tested the skills of Jonathan Ferrant when he managed to save the team from getting behind. A collision led to Venezuela getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Guillermo Mariano hit a great ball. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Orlando Orlando in the 44th minute of the match. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal in the 47th minute to try and stop a shot by One Piece FC's Orlando Orlando. But to his dismay, Orlando Orlando quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Tomas Illescas stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Inocencio Felipo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tomas Illescas in the 52nd minute of the match. A collision led to Venezuela getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Guillermo Mariano hit a great ball. After 56 minutes, Jonathan Venegas mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Venezuela and the One Piece FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Patricio Costa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 63rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 69th minute, Ederono Eibar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 73 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Rigoberto Mina. One Piece FC's Cordeara Sanjuan quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Guillermo Mariano, made in the 78th minute of the game. Orlando Orlando struck a weak shot in the 78th minute. Jonathan Ferrant didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for One Piece FC. 83 minutes into the game, One Piece FC's Orlando Orlando nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jonathan Ferrant made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-1. Inocencio Felipo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tomas Illescas in the 87th minute. After 88 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Guillermo Mariano. In the 89th minute, Orlando Orlando ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jonathan Ferrant was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-1. After a defensive mix-up in Venezuela's zone, Orlando Orlando stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal and Orlando Orlando tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.
