Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) POSEIDON FC DeusDeFutbol's Severo Duro started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Emilio Haro came out of the goal in the 4th minute to try and stop a shot by Ecuador's Daniel Zorita. But to his dismay, Daniel Zorita quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 6th minute, Agustín Saelices managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ecuador's supporters rose to their feet, but Agustín Saelices was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Emilio Haro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Cristian Sancho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Emilio Haro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Severo Duro in the 14th minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Emilio Haro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniel Zorita, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 18th minute of the game, Daniel Zorita landed unfortunately after trying to head the ball, and pulled a muscle in the back, so badly that he had to leave the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Pegoraro La Penna during the 18th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Pegoraro La Penna kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. After 20 played minutes, Ecuador's Felix Montenegro shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Emilio Haro came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Ecuador reached it. If Cristian Sancho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Emilio Haro stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Luz Palacio's shot from short distance in the 25th minute. After 32 minutes, Luz Palacio made it 0-2 with a short kick to the right side. POSEIDON FC DeusDeFutbol's Emilio Haro tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Cristian Sancho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 40 minutes into the match, POSEIDON FC DeusDeFutbol's goal looked a bit too open when Cristian Sancho came free, but Emilio Haro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. POSEIDON FC DeusDeFutbol's Emilio Haro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luz Palacio in the 47th minute of play. After having played for 48 minutes, Cristian Sancho managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ecuador's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cristian Sancho was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.

In the 52nd minute, Ecuador's Luz Palacio ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Emilio Haro. Emilio Haro yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-3. Luz Palacio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Emilio Haro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 65th minute, Cristian Sancho made a precise shot to the right of Emilio Haro. POSEIDON FC DeusDeFutbol's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-5. Emilio Haro made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cristian Sancho in the 69th minute. 72 minutes in the game, Luis Andino fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Emilio Haro having to interfere. POSEIDON FC DeusDeFutbol's Emilio Haro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristian Sancho in the 73rd minute of play. With a little luck, POSEIDON FC DeusDeFutbol's Emilio Haro got control of the ball when Luz Palacio tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 76th minute, Ecuador's Felix Montenegro dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-6. After a defensive mix-up in POSEIDON FC DeusDeFutbol's zone, Luz Palacio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Emilio Haro came out of the goal and Luz Palacio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Emilio Haro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luis Andino in the 87th minute of the match. In the 92nd minute, Cristian Sancho got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Rioja Franco hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. Cristian Sancho might have been able to make a better finish in the 94th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Emilio Haro. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Cristian Sancho ran back to his position shaking his head. Ecuador's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
