In the 21st minute, Eduardo Fontirroig got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of Bolivia booed when OAMOREVERDE was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eduardo Fontirroig fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Joel Coutinho having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 81st minute, Eduardo Fontirroig managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bolivia's supporters rose to their feet, but Eduardo Fontirroig was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Joel Coutinho breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Alfonso de la Cruz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. In the 93rd match minute, Bolivia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ismael Tejedor to maneuver through the defense. Thomás Paranaense struck a weak shot in the 94th minute. Camilo Freixa didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for OAMOREVERDE. When the match was over Bolivia could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than OAMOREVERDE throughout the match.
