Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Venezuela's Tomas Illescas started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Álvaro Garcia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Patricio Costa in the 3rd minute of play. Liboslav Krušina's late challenge caught a Venezuela's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Liboslav Krušina helped the player get up and apologised. In the 4th minute, Liboslav Krušina hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 5th minute Tomas Illescas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Álvaro Garcia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Noel Marinho's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jonathan Ferrant read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 6th minute of play. 8 minutes into the game, Noel Marinho cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Jonathan Ferrant was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 21 minutes into the match, Noel Marinho had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. Venezuela's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Noel Marinho was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. In the 26thth minute of the game Tomas Illescas who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but SLB TELHA's Álvaro Garcia was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 27 minutes SLB TELHA's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Tomas Illescas who took care of the corner kick. 30 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Luís Ribas came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When SLB TELHA's Luís Ribas in the 32nd minute got a chance for a shot 32nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Venezuela's goalie prevented a goal. SLB TELHA's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Adolfo Caires in the 33rd minute. The corner ended in Adolfo Caires almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant did a great save. Tomas Illescas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Álvaro Garcia having to interfere. Jonathan Ferrant made an important save on a dangerous shot by Noel Marinho in the 45th minute.

The wind increased when Luís Ribas made the kick off in the second half. After 57 minutes of play, SLB TELHA's Noel Marinho made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jonathan Ferrant was left in no man's land by his defense there! 59 minutes into the match, SLB TELHA's Noel Marinho sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jonathan Ferrant narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Tomas Illescas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 63rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 65th minute, Tomas Illescas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Álvaro Garcia made a fantastic save in the 69th minute, when Tomas Illescas sent off a good shot on target. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luís Ribas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 85 minutes into the match, SLB TELHA's goalkeeper Álvaro Garcia had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tomas Illescas. Noel Marinho's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jonathan Ferrant read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 86th minute of play. Guillermo Mariano kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Noel Marinho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the Venezuela defense, Luís Ribas kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. The Venezuela fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jonathan Ferrant should have stopped the shot. In the 94th minute, Luís Ribas made a precise shot to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. Venezuela's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-0. SLB TELHA's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
