Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Valentim Silveira kicked off to start the match. When Daniel Zorita came up free with the goalie in the 3rd minute, the Ecuador fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Daniel Zorita couldn't finish the play. In the 8th minute Cristian Sancho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ivar Björling saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Daniel Zorita recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 10th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Through an outstanding action, after 12 minutes, Julio Vera successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 16th minute, Daniel Zorita made a precise shot to the right of Ivar Björling. AL-Bombarralense B's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Ivar Björling showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luis Andino, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Daniel Zorita stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 79 played minutes AL-Bombarralense B got a freekick which was hit by Horácio Quintas. After a defensive mix-up in AL-Bombarralense B's zone, Felix Montenegro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ivar Björling came out of the goal and Felix Montenegro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to AL-Bombarralense B getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Horácio Quintas hit a great ball. In the 88th minute Juan Sebastián Puig suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. 88 minutes into the game, Loid Verduyckt was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. AL-Bombarralense B's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ecuador the free kick. Ecuador's Max Alvarado was substituted for Juan Sebastián Puig. When Ecuador's Cristian Sancho in the 91st minute got a chance for a shot 91st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye AL-Bombarralense B's goalie prevented a goal. Ivar Björling came out of the goal in the 95th minute to try and stop a shot by Ecuador's Luis Andino. But to his dismay, Luis Andino quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-5. The AL-Bombarralense B fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Ecuador were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
