Lautaro Navarro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alexis Santos in the 9th minute of the match. Lautaro Navarro had great luck who in the 13thth minute grab hold of the ball when Juan Hvalica from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. In the 15th minute Juan Hvalica shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lautaro Navarro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 26th minute Sebastian Villa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eriberto Enol saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match clock showed 31 minutes, the score became 3-0 when Adrian Lohitzun sped through Honduras's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Lautaro Navarro. Thanks to some nice moves Adrian Lohitzun could shoot a difficult shot in the 37th minute, which Lautaro Navarro however easily saved by the left post. Honduras's Lautaro Navarro proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 38th minute of the match, managed to save Honduras from getting a goal against them. 42 minutes into the match, Honduras's goal looked a bit too open when Miguel Ángel Hvalica came free, but Lautaro Navarro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Edmundo Espiga made a kick off. In a very dangerous position, a player in Honduras fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 55th minute. Penalty! Honduras:s Lautaro Navarro showed great skill when he stopped Adrian Lohitzun:s penalty. After 57 minutes of play, Club Deportivo Álvarez's Adrian Lohitzun made it 5-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Lautaro Navarro was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Miguel Ángel Hvalica had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Juan Hvalica in the 61st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Lautaro Navarro prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Luca Espinar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 74thth minute of the game Adrian Lohitzun who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Honduras's Lautaro Navarro was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a rather tough play, Club Deportivo Álvarez's Miguel Ángel Hvalica got a free kick in the 77th minute. After 78 played minutes Club Deportivo Álvarez got a freekick which was hit by Can Ocakçı. Club Deportivo Álvarez's Eriberto Enol proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 80th minute of the match, managed to save Club Deportivo Álvarez from getting a goal against them. When the match had gone on for 85 minutes, Juan Hvalica put it in 6-0 from a short distance just to the right of Lautaro Navarro. Lautaro Navarro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adrian Lohitzun, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the Honduras defense, Miguel Ángel Hvalica kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Lautaro Navarro. The Honduras fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Lautaro Navarro should have stopped the shot. Club Deportivo Álvarez's Eloy Loramendi was substituted for Juan Hvalica. Club Deportivo Álvarez's Epifanio Argider was substituted for Edgar Merski.
