Patricio Costa took the ball and in the 26 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Özdemir Özgenc. Özdemir Özgenc dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. Jonathan Ferrant made a fantastic save in the 35th minute, when Josué Fernandez sent off a good shot on target. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Giuliano Basso, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. A collision led to Venezuela getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Jose Correa hit a great ball. In the 72nd minute, Josué Fernandez made a precise shot to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. Venezuela's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-4. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Josué Fernandez in the 77th minute of the match. After 82 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Jose Correa. In the 85th minute Tomas Illescas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Özdemir Özgenc saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Özdemir Özgenc showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jonathan Venegas in the 89th minute of the match. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Baybars Yılmaz in the 96th minute of play. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Venezuela had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
