Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Tomas Illescas got the match started through his kick off. 8 minutes into the match, Alfredo Tab had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. Venezuela's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Alfredo Tab was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Josef Tunberg recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 11th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 19 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Alfredo Tab. A collision led to Talleres getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Fedele Talamo hit a great ball. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Josef Tunberg in the 25th minute of play. 27 minutes into the game, Talleres's Mauricio Manuelo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jonathan Ferrant made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomas Illescas in the 32nd minute of play forced Talleres's goalkeeper 王竞耀 to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mauricio Manuelo, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. Alfredo Tab could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 36th minute of the match, but Jonathan Ferrant made a huge save. 39 minutes into the match, Mauricio Manuelo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. Mauricio Manuelo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jonathan Ferrant read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 43rd minute of play. In the 45th minute Mauricio Manuelo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Jonathan Venegas got a free kick in the 46th minute.

Talleres made a substitution. Sergiu Bulencea replaced Lukita Modrić. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Mauricio Manuelo made a kick off. After having played for 54 minutes, Mauricio Manuelo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Talleres's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mauricio Manuelo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some careless play in the Venezuela defense, Mauricio Manuelo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. The Venezuela fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jonathan Ferrant should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mauricio Manuelo in the 63rd minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 王竞耀 made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomas Illescas in the 66th minute of play. In the 67th minute, Jorge Martínez got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 70th match minute, Talleres was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Josef Tunberg to maneuver through the defense. Tomas Illescas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. 王竞耀 tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 73rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 75th minute, Alfredo Tab managed to get in a good position for a shot. Talleres's supporters rose to their feet, but Alfredo Tab was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jonathan Ferrant breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 77 minutes of play, Talleres's Mauricio Manuelo made it 6-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jonathan Ferrant was left in no man's land by his defense there! Tomas Illescas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 王竞耀 was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Tomas Illescas showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 6-1 in the 87 minute of play. Josef Tunberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Fedele Talamo kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. In the 93rd minute, Mauricio Manuelo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Talleres fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 7-1. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Talleres fully deserved thier win.
