Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) When the match had gone on for 3 minutes, Enrique Rozarius took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Julio Vera to make any attempt to save it. In the 8th minute, Daniel Zorita left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ecuador fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. After 16 minutes of play, Ecuador's Felix Montenegro made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Franco Moscatelli was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 20th minute, Cristian Sancho ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Franco Moscatelli was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3. Franco Moscatelli showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daniel Zorita in the 24th minute of the match. La Scaloneta's Franco Moscatelli played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Zorita in the 28th minute of play. Nikita Kovtun kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Ecuador's zone, Enrique Rozarius stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Daniel Zorita's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Franco Moscatelli read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 44th minute of play. Camilo Gisbert kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. Disappointed in the 1-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Daniel Zorita to strike the kick off in the second half. After 52 minutes, Nikita Kovtun mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the La Scaloneta and the Ecuador players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Ecuador booed when La Scaloneta was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nikita Kovtun didn't get a good kick on the ball. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Enrique Rozarius in the 55th minute of play. Ecuador's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. In the 61stth minute of the game Gilberto Izel who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ecuador's Julio Vera was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Luca Messi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The La Scaloneta fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Ecuador were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
