Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Daniel Zorita kicked off to start the match. If Cordarin Ilarraza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 2nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Matheo Hernández recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 9th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 10 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Samuel Lentini came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Samuel Lentini recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 11th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Club Atletico Vigil's Sarracino Arranz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luis Andino in the 18th minute of play. 18 minutes into the match, Luis Andino had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Sarracino Arranz. Club Atletico Vigil's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Luis Andino was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. In the 23rd minute Daniel Zorita shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sarracino Arranz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Daniel Zorita received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Sarracino Arranz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Agustín Saelices sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 35 minutes into the game, Antonio Arias was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ecuador's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Club Atletico Vigil the free kick. In the 35th minute, Antonio Arias hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Ecuador booed when Club Atletico Vigil was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ali Karstensen didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sarracino Arranz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luis Andino, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Matheo Hernández in the 44th minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 47 minutes into the match, Ecuador's Daniel Zorita sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Sarracino Arranz narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Cordarin Ilarraza to strike the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the game, Ecuador's Daniel Zorita nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Sarracino Arranz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Club Atletico Vigil's supporters crossed their fingers, but Samuel Lentini was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the match had been going on for 79 minutes Daniel Zorita shot a great shot from long distance. It looked like a certain goal, but the audience witnessed a really smashing save by Sarracino Arranz when he caught the ball only just under the crossbar. Cristian Sancho took the ball and in the 82 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Sarracino Arranz. Sarracino Arranz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by 温奕凌 during the 85th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 85 played minutes Club Atletico Vigil got a freekick which was hit by 温奕凌. The long shot by Daniel Zorita in the 85th minute really tested Sarracino Arranz's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. 95 minutes into the game, Daniel Zorita cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-5. Sarracino Arranz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Ecuador played a much better game than Club Atletico Vigil and deserved their victory. The Club Atletico Vigil players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
